At EC Wellness, we believe in the power of movement to create positive, lasting changes in people's lives. Our founder, Ella Carter, experienced the profound impact of Pilates and Yoga classes first-hand, inspiring her to create EC Wellness.
"After suffering from health problems for almost a decade and experienced a number of different therapies, I recovered the quality of life thanks to movement, a nutritious diet and mindfulness practices.
My goal now is to help you balance your mental and physical well-being and achieve an optimal quality of health. All by encouraging mindful movement, a healthy diet and adopting a virtuous lifestyle to live longer and better.
