Ella Carter

Ella Carter, founder of EC Wellness, is a BASI Pilates and Yoga Alliance certified instructor with a passion for guiding others toward a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Her personal wellness journey began after struggling with health issues for nearly a decade. Through Pilates, yoga, a nutritious diet, and mindfulness practices, Ella transformed her life, regaining her health and vitality. Her teaching emphasizes mindful movement, building both strength and mental clarity.

Oli Williams

Oli Williams is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, specialising in motivating athletes to reach their highest potential. With over 15 years of experience and a background in Sports Science and a Masters in Strength and Conditioning, he brings a wealth of knowledge in both theory and practical application.

Nanette Hinterreither

Owner and Dance&Barre instructor at Studio 13 Dance Fitness in Sotogrande. Nanette began her dance training from the age of 4, starting first in ballet and branching out over the years into Jazz and Urban Dance. She’s been dancing now off and on for over 40 years and finds it the perfect way to stay agile and fit.
