Introducing barre class on EC Wellness!

Barre combines elements of Pilates, Yoga, Dance, and Fitness for a full-body workout that tones, sculpts, and strengthens while improving flexibility. Using optional equipment like weights and a small ball, this class focuses on small, controlled movements to target key muscle groups and create lean, strong muscles. It’s a low-impact yet highly effective workout, perfect for improving posture, stability, and overall body strength.

Our guest instructor Nanette Hinterreither, owner and Dance & Barre instructor at Studio 13 Dance Fitness in Sotogrande, Nanette brings her passion and expertise to EC Wellness. With over 40 years of dance experience, starting in ballet at age 4 and expanding into Jazz and Urban Dance, Nanette discovered Barre Sculpt 10 years ago and fell in love.

As Nanette says, “Barre is a fantastic way to train the entire body without putting stress on the joints, and you’ll notice results quickly.” With decades of ballet and dance experience Nanette brings her expertise to this energising class, designed for all levels.
